I will type one sentence for all my blog entries in my blog series, from electrons to man.
Life: All microbes are different, while some live at 100 °F over what we like, others can live at 75 °F under what we can stand, some need oxygen and some don't, some harm us, and some help us live, this sentence`s summary is, for every microbe, their is an other completely different microbe. Human traits: Humans a.k.a Homo Saplens (pronounced ho·mo say·fee·ins) have originated in Africa about 200,000 years ago, reaching full behavioral modernity around 50,000 years ago, and all that evolution gave us highly developed brains, and this sentence`s summary is, this sentence has no summary Dinosaurs: Dinosaurs a.k.a dinos a.k.a terrible lizards are a diverse group of animals of the clade Dinosauria that first appeared during the Triassic period, approximately 230 million years ago, and became the dominant terrestrial vertebrates for 135 million years, from the beginning of the Jurassic (about 200 million years ago) until the end of the Cretaceous (65.5 million years ago). Birds: Birds are feathery winged, bipedal, endothermic (warm-blooded), egg-laying, vertebrate animals, also there are about 10,000 living species of bird, with the smallest living bird being a Bee Hummingbird and the biggest an Ostrich. The stone age: The stone age started about six hundred thousand to seven hundred thousand years ago to maybe 8000 BC some say the stone age is divided into three separate periods--Paleolithic Period, Mesolithic Period, and Neolithic Period--based on the degree of sophistication in the fashioning and use of tools. Bronze and iron ages: The bronze and iron ages start when a caveman or some cavemen discover fire how they did it is unknown maybe it was a lightning strike or iron ore was used to sharpen flint, but what ever the reason, fire led to the metal ages. The dark ages: The dark ages are before knights and the round table and it started and ended at different times in different places and the dark ages are not black-dark they`re evil-dark like normal schools. The middle ages: Now, more on the middle ages, the middle ages are from the fifth century to the fifteenth century plus it had kings and queens but I think presidents are better than kings and queens. Human birth: This is not going to shown for a few reasons. Man's accomplishments: Some of the things that we did that I love is invention the Wii game console (and skylanders), and in December 2009 broke the record for best-selling console in a single month in the United States. The Plant's Path: Plants are living organisms belonging to the kingdom Plantae all plants can`t move on there own, with the exception of Venus fry trap, plus plant cells have the pigment chlorophyll, and cell walls unlike animals like us. The Fungus World: Fungi are the all eating vultures, some times they are good like the fungi in some of your medicine or bad like in your bad bread or shoes if you have athlete`s foot it sounds bad, itching and hurting feet, yuck. Bacteria of Today: Most bacteria reproduce through binary fission, binary fission is dividing the microbe`s organelles, forcing the organelles way form it's twin and expanding the microbe`s membrane and slicing the microbe into two microbes. Viruses: A virus proves that size doesn't matter because very small viruses like the HIV virus can infect other, bigger viruses like one of the over 200 viruses that cause the common cold, symptoms include a cough, sore throat, runny nose, and fever which usually resolve in seven to ten days. Parasites: Again this is not going to shown for a few reasons. Thursday, May 3. 2012The evolution of technology
Technology is the making, usage, and knowledge of tools, machines, systems etc, technology everywhere, especially in America, evolves just like us but faster, now I will show you different ages of advances in technology. Our ancestors have lived, learned, and used tools they made from semi-flaky stones like flint, carving them with hammer stones and then using the craved flint and other stuff like wood and string like things to make tools and weapons like axes and spears. But one caveman made fire by accident, likely he/she tried to carve flint with flint or some metal but what ever made the first fire started all the great things we have today (not just machines, great food like hot dogs, nachos, and cheese fries) here are some fire facts: the U.S.A has the the third highest number of people killed by fires each year, Hungary and Finland come in first and second place in that order. Every 18 seconds, a fire department responds to a fire somewhere in the U.S of A (a.k.a U.S.A for you people that did not understand that), and, all over the nation there was a civilian fire death every 7,800 seconds (7,800 seconds=130 minutes). Thanks to fire we have a lot of different tools like, pickaxes, normal axes, monkey wrenches, hammers, and more plus we can make them out of many different, new materials like gold, steel (witch fire helps us make), iron, plastic etc. Now, the background and uses of some common machines we use and may take for granted today. A mobile phone a.k.a a cellular phone, cell phone or hand phone is a well known device that lets you talk to other people half way around the world, the first cell phones where made to help us in world war two by letting people on the battle field talk to people off of the battle field then they made the cell phone able to be store bought and smaller then the next phone was made even smaller etc. A gear is a machine part that plays an important role in most machines all over the world, and their are about fourteen different types of gears but they all do one thing, move kinetic energy from one spot to the next. The Internet is a global system of interconnected computer networks that use the standard Internet protocol suite (often called TCP/IP, although not all applications use TCP) to serve billions of users worldwide, all thanks to the first four computers to talk to each other. Coffeemakers a.k.a coffee machines are cooking appliances used to brew coffee without having to boil water in a separate container there are many different types of coffeemakers but they use a number of different brewing principles. Last but not least, flashlights (or torches in British English) are hand-held, portable, electric-powered light sources normally the light source is a small incandescent light bulb or light-emitting diode (LED) and every typical flashlight consists of a light bulb mounted in a reflector, a lens to protect the light source and reflector, a battery, and a switch.
